As a rapidly expanding company in the AgTech industry, IGS strives to continue to develop its approach to Risk Management and stay up to date with current trends. As the business grows, its initial approaches continually require a refresh and a company-wide alignment to the understandings of Risk Management. 

To overcome its challenges, IGS reached out to Mark in Emsity as a highly regarded personality in the Risk Management sphere to impart his accumulated wealth of knowledge in the subject. 

Mark immediately understood IGS’ need and developed a bespoke 2-day in-person training package for IGS’ Product Delivery Risk and Enterprise Risk Management requirements followed up with a virtual catch-up session 6 weeks later. 

The cross functional team environment was a great way to identify the risks that each team faces on a daily/weekly basis which in turn helped IGS employees understand the roles they play, their interdependencies and the way in which they identify risks and how to manage them effectively in a collaborative manner.

All attendees found the training very informative and valuable and IGS as a company is now benefiting from the renewed understanding of where it currently has areas for improvement in its risk management processes and application maturity.
